Hyundai ix35 - ix35 ugly dash trim - CliffDee

I would like to buy an ix35 but I hate the shiny silver trim on the dash and steering wheel. It looks like it belongs on a 1970s Hong Kong radio. Is there a kit to replace the trim with something more subtle or can it be wrapped or painted?

I ran one of these for a year and thought the trim was quite nice. It lifts what would be a fairly dark and dull interior. I assume you're looking at the premium model?
Why not try the Kia Sportage? It's basically the same car underneath, but looks much better to my eyes at least.
