Ford Focus 1.6 2005 - Rear wishbone replacement - speedy555

Could someone tell me how much it would cost to replace the rear wishbones, when I had the car mot'd I was told that the brushes were wearing out.

Everywhere I have tried is unwilling to replace the brushes and says the whole part has to be replaced. I had the front ones done where the car was mot'd and that cost me nearly £300.00

Genuine Ford replacements are around £56:

At that price it's not worth the extra hassle for a garage to fit new bushes to the old arm.

Ebay shows kits for either side costing £139 x2 = £278.

Add labour.. say 1.5=2 hours .side at £75/hr.. £225 - £300.

c £600 for both sides?
