Fuel Duty Rise Scrapped - jamie745

The Chancellor George Osborne today confirmed in his Autumn Statement that the planned 3p Fuel Duty rise in January 2012 has been scrapped and the August 2012 rise has been reduced from 5p to 3p.

Just watch the fuel companies implementing their own budgetary increases.

And when I was in China last week, petrol was apparently 8p per litre. yup 80 yuan for 93 octane.That's what it said on the pumps anyway.
