2001 ford focus estate 1600 - green oil leak? - spannerintheworks

While working underneath found green oil coated to bottom of engine under drive belt area.Cant find signs of any leaks. Also there are no oils or fluids that are green in the car.All fluid levels are normal. Air conditioner works ok. Cant find any leaks on that - only item I thought may have green fluid in. Any ideas?Many thanks.

Hi, Powersteering fluid, Transmission fluid, Brake Fluid can all be green dependant on manufacturer

Worth checking.

Hi i have the same on my 04 focus it is the air con compressor leaking oil that is in the refrigerant a seal has gone
