Flashed at traffic lights - davej4t9

Hi, this is my first post so I hope I am doing this right!

I was sitting at the traffic light at the junction of Barton Road (A5181) and Kingsway (The Robin Hood), the lights turned green and I moved to the middle of the junction for a chance to turn right across the oncoming traffic. The lights turned to amber, at that very moment the van driver in the oncoming traffic decides they can beat the red light and accelerates. There is a double flash of the traffic camera before I can cross the junction.

I would be grateful for any feedback.

Van driver will get n.i.p. in the post. Two pictures taken will show you have not moved and were in that position before lights changed.
