And - if you've been living in Malta - buses that are driven safely without relying on the driver praying to icons of the Virgin Mary scattered around the bus.

(Although they had character, and it was sad to hear that the old Maltese buses are being replaced by something uniform, modern and drab.)

Customer service? I waited for ages at a UK petrol station the other day, and not one person bothered to come out and serve me. I had to open the flappy thing on the side and turn the twisty thing, then insert the right coloured nozzle, squeeze triggers, and all sorts. Customer Schervice I say!

Green trees? It hasn't stop raining the whole time. The wipers on the car have had more use in the last two days than in the last two years.
