Be careful - check the build status of the engine you are working on before you dive in. To my knowledge, no 1.9 engines were fitted with Siemens injectors as the heads only have one hold-down stud per nozzle.
If it starts and then stops, it's unlikely to be an injector problem and if the loom is faulty, with Bosch injectors it will run quite "happily" on 3.
First look carefully to see if the immobiliser light is coming on (car symbol with key at the bottom). If the key code is not satisfied, it will run for a few seconds, then stop with the light on. Then check very carefully the lift pump in the tank. Make sure you understand how it should work - the engine no-speed safety circuit ensures it only runs for a second after "switch on" in the absence of an engine speed signal. Finally check the injection ECU supply relay (usually in the ECU box) for broken soldered joints - or replace it.
Don't guess, use codes and wok logically and systematically. If anyone tells you the engine needs a new turbocharger - sack them.
