Just got my car through its mot (just) and have a few quick questions.

Firstly my rear brakes need replacing. Im wondering if I should get OEM pads / discs or go for good aftermarket?

Ive always used ferodo or mintex but ive always struggled to get the handbrake through the mot. Could this be due to the calipers as opposed to the friction material? I did put put 2nd hand calipers on last year because they were seizing on but they werent recon (however they were more free)

However a lot of people have suggested greenstuff pads with ebc discs.

If so where would the best place be to buy recon calipers?

I dont know the cost of oem vs aftermarket but I just want the best stopping power for the car
