Hi we purchased a battery from Chrysler 18 months ago, it had a 2 yr warranty.

Our car keeps not starting, and with 3 kids and a us 1 car family that is not fun.

We have fixed various things, took the battery back twice and they say that is not faulty.

In various mechanics and our view it is faulty, and not suitable for the vehicle they put it in.

What can we do- we may have to purchase another one but we really don't want to as they are in excess of £150, and we are entitled to this sorted, it has cost us so much already.

Can you please advice us?
