Car parked for 2 months - ST Driver

I don't know if anything can be done.

A car has been down the side our house for nearly 2 months. The car is taxed but according to MID not insured. It hasn't moved for 2 months and parking is tight as it is. Is there anyway to get the thing moved?

Is it on private property and if so who owns the land?

If it's on the highway, contact plod. I'm sure they'll remove it.

Thanks for the info, I don't actually know who owns the land. I'm assuming its owned by the council/highways. Its a car park round the back of houses over which I have access to my garage but as far as I know, we don't pay for the upkeep. I may go round and ask the neighbours if they know anything about it/ or if they know who owns the land. Its a pain because there is room to park 2 large cars down the gap but because of where this Ford Ka is my wife struggles to get her Focus in the gap.

After knocking on a few doors I have found the owner. They are waiting to sell the car but have agreed to move it to a position that isn't so in the way.
