Peugot 206 - Clutch won't disengage - 206 driver

Hi all

I have a 1.1 litre peugeot 206 and had it parked off road for 5 weeks while on holiday. i've gotten back and my starter motor and battery were working, but my clutch was very stiff. While I can change the gears, the clutch won't pull out all the way and I cannot pull off. Any advice would be appreciated.

Seized clutch cable or the actuator arm pivot. Regards Peter
