Hi, I was driving till work the other morning and the power steering light was displayed in the tachometer so i dropped the car off with the mechanic who told me that the aluminium support bracket under the power steering and air con pumps had snapped. I've rang my local Vaux dealer enquiring into the part number and he told me that the bracket should be mark with 'AL' and the part number is 24401737.
Has anyone else ever experienced this part failure and am I even asking about the correct part?
