Mondeo tddi - Mondeo tddi wont run help - mattmondeotddi

Can anybody help me? I have a 2001 mondeo tddi when the fuel gets to quarter of a tank of diesel it starts to cut out and the glowplug light flashes put more fuel in and it was ok thought it was the lift pump so put a new one on but still the same problem.

Checked fuel filter thats fine also says no fault codes when i did self diagnostics by holding trip button in

could it be relay under battery or faulty fuel cut off switch
