Used this car for 13000 miles and then had problems with trying to start it, advised by dealer to fit new battery, did and everything OK for 18 months.

2 years later car started hopping and became dangerous to drive, took to dealer and advised to fit new battery, did this and everything OK for 20 miles, started hopping again and very dangerous to drive, no power. Back to dealer. Put it on diagnostics, uopdated car computer and all the lights lit up, dealer stated that it needed a new actuator and probably would need a new ECU but did not really know what was wrong with it.

Took it to an independant Citroen Specialist and he fitted a new actuator and an ECU, then he took the actuator off as it was not needed, however all the cars ignition lights came on and after diagnosis these were resolved exceptng for the battery ignition light staying on. Please HELP the car will not start untill this light goes out.
