Bamboo

Mork calling Orson, Mork calling Orson...

Name the plant - Quiz - oilrag

Correct - Bamboo & Magnolia ;-)

Two types of bamboo tho and it`s an unusual form of Magnoila.

The `plant` that looks like a Hosta grows up to 100ft tall - that`s the tricky one.

Any more guesses ;-)

Name the plant - Quiz - silkhj

Erm ok. Using my intensive knowledge of plants and fauna I have to say this was a bit easy:

Pretty yellow fluffy thing

Pink floppies

Fizzy sweet leaves

Rhino-skins

Protruding wotsits

A large bush

Canoe Leaves

Twiggy

Ooh! Bellsprout! bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Bellsprout_%28Pok%...9

Nipple plant

Spiky doobry

Name the plant - Quiz - Avant

Isn't that shaming - looking at the pictures I can't identify a single one. If that had been cars I could have done most of them (although come to think of it if it's an Oilrag quiz they would be all at funny angles...)

Still, at least Silkhj has told us what they call them in Bradford. :)

(How do you pronounce Silkhj? - maybe there's Polish blood in you mixed with good old Yorkshire?)

Name the plant - Quiz - silkhj

Ah nothing that exciting or exotic I'm afraid..

I always end my nickname silk with an acronym relevant to the site/forum ;)

Name the plant - Quiz - oilrag

Are we OK calling you Silk then? ;-)

As for your answers above - It seems you have more imagination and potential for this part of the forum than I Ihave...

Keep trying ;-)

As for imagination.. what, you mean those aren't the right plant names?? :p

This is just South of Leeds, in the Rhubarb Triangle, Silk. Tho I once lived in Idle, I can`t remember the local plant names in your area.

Is Mill & Chimney wart still growing locally? ;-)
