07 1.8 Fuel filter - Ben 10
I have a 1.8tdci and would be grateful if anyone could tell me where the fuel filter lives.
Is it under the car between the fuel tank and engine or is it conveniently in the engine bay?
Thanks in advance for any replies. Much appreciated.

Sorry I can't help, I thought someone mechanically minded would have. On the back of your question, how often should a fuel filter be changed. Is it the same frequency as an oil filter?

I'm pretty sure the fuel filter on this engine is (as you face the engine from the front) towards the left of the engine, near the bulkhead. I believe it has a metal plate over it/around it for safety.

Captain, be carefull when changing a Focus fuel filter. You have to fill them with diesel, or the car won't start. There is no bleed tap.
