OK, Enfield Fred's treated us to the ' longest '
Now , any ideas about the shortest engine run. I have one in mind but I'll save it until we've got a few in.
I don't mean a one off special fitted with a Proteus, but something you could drive up the High Street in and do the shopping.

Convevtional 4 cylinder in line engine made for and fitted to the 1934/5 La Roche by Jowett Cars Ltd of Bradford.
Accountants pulled the plug after 3 made. The cars went to members of the management.....all gone now, of course.

XJ220 V12.... only used in the prototype.....
