01 1.8 Fuel pump not working - skreech

I have just bought a mg zs as a non starter. However the fuel pump is not kicking in when the ign is turned on. any ideas. ta

My Mg Zs is not starting. I can t hear the fuel pump running when the ignition is switched on, It will start for a moment with some easy start. Anyone any ideas. How big a job is it to replace the fuel pump.

Just go to the MG forums they have just about everything you need to know MG/Rover fuel pumps are a well known problem.
