All,
I've lost the one and only key for my Focus. It is a remote key with open/close and boot. As far as I know car does not have an immobiliser or alarm. Its a 1.8 TDCi if that helps.

Do I ring Ford or any other suggestions?

Rough guide as to how much ££??

As far as I know car does not have an immobiliser....


It will have one. Since the early and mid 90's spate of joyriding, car manufacturers were required to fit them as standard.

My sugestion is to always have a spare key.
My next sugestion is to go to a Ford main dealer and ask for advice and get at least 2 keys.

Ford will have the reference number to your keys. It is not goint to be cheap but Hey your lock out so no choice. Regards peter
