Just as I thought would happen, recent fuel price rises have ceased to become a topic of conversation. What will be the next thing for motorists to grumble about? In fact, what's the current thing ~ apart from the despicable morals of franchised dealers?

Not gone and forgotten by me. I was on a local radio phone in recently pointing out the usual about the oil barrel being $100 cheaper and the fact that the £ v $ rate has been quite steady for the last 8 weeks.
Seems the supermarkets so called price war was the shortest war in history and little more than a publicity gimmick to drag a few people past their doors over Christmas.
Time for the road hauliers to start making a noise again. Perhaps this time, the Ostriches and the millionaires who post on here will give them a bit of backing.

Erm, grumbling about what other motorists grumble about perhaps? ;)

Hmm.. HB - I've got privacy by default this morning - courtesy of tractor 'droppings' here in rural Wales. Anyway, the pulsating heart of Llandudno beckons before cleaning duties!

I have a similarly rock 'n roll sort of Saturday planned. Have to go to Crewe for some new wiper blades......
