1996 1.8 rheostat - tamcox

Hello

Just wondered if any body can tell me where the Heater resistor is on my Diesel Turbo mondeo estate,

My fan will only work on setting 4 so assume the resistor as blown,I thought it was behind the glove compartment,But after looking there I can't see it,

Any help offered would be appreciated,
