Battery loses charge when car not run for 4-5 days , battery is new and recharges easily.

Although even new batteries can be faulty; it would appear that you have a parasitic drain at work.
Do you have any sort of equipment available to start tracing it?

Has it an after-market stereo fitted (sometimes altered wiring causes a steady discharge) and is the boot light remaining on?
Remove the rear parcel shelf, close the boot and have a look as its independent of the lights circuit.

do you mean a ampmeter and going through the fuse box fuse by fuse ?

If you can lay your hands on a milli-ammeter - particularly a clamp one - that would be ideal.
