Am getting a warning light on dashboard "Check injection". I knew it was due for a service, so I've given it an oil change, oil filter & fuel filter. The light's still on. Any ideas? I'm loathe to take it to Renault - last time I had an emissions light & they said I needed a new EGR valve at £500 plus. I ignored them & the light went off after a few days.

Maybe it needs a new EGR valve?
you need the codes to be read by a garage.

Let the engine warm up, pull over, switch off and restart.
Does the warning disappear? If, so it's one or more glowplugs out. A doddle on this engine.
That's a generic warning and it needs a code read.

i had this on mine and it turned out to be the glow plugs imanaged to find a local bloke to do it and reset computer
