The car began to stutter and cut out when travelling at slow speeds, then overnight stopped working. In the morning would not start but turns over.
I have checked the spark plugs, HT leads, changed fuel filter but no joy.
Someone said that there is a fuse for the fuel pump, but can't locate it.
Thankful For Any Help Or Ideas.

do you have a spark, do you have fuel (correct type) is there any fuel presure when cranking, any strange lights apperaring on the dash and any work done recently, seem to remember there were problems with the fuses on the front of the battery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two fuse boxes adjacent to the battery. The one closest to the front and the first fuse on the left. 10A IIRC, it corrodes and limits the current to the pump.
