At £78K.

Will it sell?

Has anyone seen one yet?
A Prius seems very strange to passers by when running on volts but a Tesla at speed must be a very disconcerting experience. :-)

Tesla is an interesting machine BUT has a very limited range of 250 miles which makes it useless for a trip up the Mway of any distance. A range of 250 miles is OK for a city car doing short runs but a performance car needs range.

Will is sell at 78k? Doubt it!

I disagree. These are second, third, or fourth cars, bought for fun, not for hacking up the M6. Ferraris and Teslas are meant to do 3000 miles a year at most, diddling around Chelsea, or going for lunch in the country. For the weekends at the house in Dorset and summer in the Auvergne there is the Audi or the Mercedes, or for the exhibitionist with questionable taste, the Aston.

Sounds good as a fun car for going for a nice wind-in-the-hair drive.

But £78K - bit steep, even if it costs next to nothing to run.

That price is shocking!
