The well known seat belt warning - 4 x flashes, pause, 4 x flashes has returned.
IIRC it is often a connector, under a front seat, making poor contact,
Before I start the contortion act can anyone advise me, is there more than one connection and if so which one should I concentrate on.
( A. N. Other moved the drivers seat at a tyre fitting site an I suspect this triggered it)

Unless you have heated seats etc. there will likely be one connector with yellow-sheathed cables.
Just disconnect [following safety procedures] and clean then with electrical contact cleaner; they are gold, so it can only be silicone surface contamination.

I do have heated seats ( Well SWMBOs works and guess who "chills out")
So is it still a yellow I am looking for?

Yes; most airbag wiring is yellow-sheathed as a warning.
