fuel injector rail - trier
the car has a strong petrol smell for a while after starting and parts of the injector rail look damp. At 67,000 miles should I be looking at new seals or new injectors? how long do the injectors last?
any contributions gratefully received.

Very unlikely to be injectors or seals. The most common problem for petrol smells/leaks are the 2 flexi plastic pipes that are joined to the fuel rail by rubber hoses. They run up the drivers side engine bay ,next to the suspension turret, usually secured to the fuel rail by "click on -click off "metal clips.hth
