Have you checked the coil - is there any spark at the plugs?

Check your ignition timing, then valve timing, when is the cambelt due for change assuming it isnt chain?(not certain on yours).

If all is correct/ok do a compression check.....

I had a non-starting problem on my 1993 ESi about two years ago. In my case the problem was intermittent and only occurred was the engine was hot. It turned out to be a small electronic unit called Ignition Module located inside the distributor.
Also I had a problem similar to yours on a Prelude and this was caused by a faulty Main Relay. It was cured by dismantling the relay and re-soldering the joints that had stress fractured.

IF you are sure it's sparking AND fuel is getting through then it's probably a timing issue if cambelt is intact. Ignition module and Main Relay are usually causes of hot start problems. Is the fuel pump priming - 2secs of whirring noise when ignition switched on? After any work on fuel system you must reset the ECU to relearn the idle parameters.
