Brake Pipes Micra 2000 - Drivethru
Can anyone give me an idea of the cost to replace brake pipes on a year 2000 Micra. I'm not sure which need replacing, i think its the rear ones. I am going to get an estimate from the garage but I have no idea of a cost to go on. A rough idea would be appreciated.

I think the major cost is labour.
I paid around £60 at an independant garage (don't use Nissan!) to have a small corroded piece replaced but it was in an awkward place.
Parts were a very small part of the cost.

You can buy enough pipe and fittings to do most of the car for under £10. Its all down to what their labour rate is. 30 mins labour will likely be enough - but they might want to charge more if they hit any snags.
