Hi all. I've got a 2.2 dti vectra 2001. Most mornings when i come to start it, it kicks in immediatly runs for 5 seconds then stalls. It then takes ages to start. I'm sick of spending on it . Can anyone offer any ideas.
I've already changed the spill pipes/t pieces, injector seals, fuel filter housing. I'm running out of ideas please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds rather like a sensor problem.
Not sure if your motor has a cam sensor but if it does then I would try and swap for a known good one prior to take to main dealer for replacement.
