These can be exasperating if they won't give you a code to identify which cylinder has the faulty coil. Try sequentially alternating your new coil with the others. [Or, if they're Sagem and dated before 330-3; try getting a whole new set free from Renault. Go for Denso ones if you can.] Those new plugs: were they genuine plugs from the dealers - these things just hate some makes of plug.
Given recent weather conditions and the Scenic's well-known scuttle design fault; any sign of rain water in any of the plug wells?

ngk plugs.i will try alternating the new coil. water was not in the plug wells but rust staining was found on cylinder 2 and 3. the new coil is fitted to cylinder 3 the make is beru.

The coils are wired in two series. 1 and 4; 2 and 3. Usually it's a HT side fault, so that doesn't cause a problem; but if one coil shorts internally on the LT side, it can also affect it's "pair."
The plug-well "tide mark" is significant; once the water gets past the coil's rubber seal and gets trapped, it causes internal tracking inside the coil and that could fit your symptom. Beru are a lot better than Sagem; but not quite as good as the Denso ones - I've never seen a [dry] Denso one fail yet.
