Could be any of a number of things. If it only happens on roads where there is a noticable camber, it's probably the road not the car. One of the pistons on the front disc brakes could be partially seized. Ditto rear for either pistons or wheel cylinders, or the rear pads/shoes could be worn (probably cylinders & shoes on this car). Nearside front tyre could be short of air. Does it go in a straight line on a flat road when you aren't braking?
