Micra Pull to Left when Braking - Drivethru
I have a Micra 2000 and it seems to be pulling to the left a little under heavy braking, the brake pads are about a year old and I was just wondering what the cause of this is.

Could be any of a number of things. If it only happens on roads where there is a noticable camber, it's probably the road not the car. One of the pistons on the front disc brakes could be partially seized. Ditto rear for either pistons or wheel cylinders, or the rear pads/shoes could be worn (probably cylinders & shoes on this car). Nearside front tyre could be short of air. Does it go in a straight line on a flat road when you aren't braking?

It does go in a straight line when not braking so I think that the wheel alignment is ok.

tyre pressures
suspension bushes
worn discs
incorrect tyres
get it checked before you have a nasty experience
Micra Pull to Left when Braking - piston power
i suspect your right hand caliper is not working ie: seized, the only one working is the left and that's why you have un- ballanced braking, best have it checked out very soon before any silly acidents on these wet leaf covered roads. good luck.
