Three Per Cent Off Your Fuel - Welliesorter
I'm surprised that no-one has mentioned something spotted on the very useful moneysavingexpert.com web site.

www.gemoney.co.uk/html/creditcard/everyday_creditc...l

This is a credit card that pays three per cent cashback on fuel and groceries, or, to be precise, purchases from petrol stations and food retailers.

I've applied for one, which probably means it's jinxed. It'll be my third cashback card: the others either drastically reduced the rate or stopped offering cashback altogether.

Still worth considering while it's there. Postings on the above site suggest that they are cherry-picking their customers but it's not clear what criteria they're using.

If this was not GE, then I'd disregard it... hmmm worth considering bearing in mind I'd get cash back on company mileage too.

I had considered it, but decided to wait until their online card servicing starts in Sept/Oct time later this year.

You can save a lot more than 3% by judicious use of the accelerator pedal!

Three Per Cent Off Your Fuel - No FM2R
But then you could get the 3% off AND use the pedal carefully.
