I have a citroen Saxo 1.0 and it hesitate (stutter) once in a while. I was told to change the spark plugs and I did, but it is still acting the same way. My next action is the spark plugs leads or maybe the coil. Apparently my mechanic says this is common with the Saxo. Any suggestion from anyone?

change the leads for some quality ones mate and take your time as you do them (one at a time so you cant get it wrong is my practice if i dont know the car)
I dont think you will have a coil problem those 1.0 litre saxo"s are good little cars.

I know this of no help really....
About 3 years ago I had a 1.0 saxo with the exact same problem. It was in and out of the Citroen garage like a yo-yo (under warranty), they never did solve it. It got so bad I was printing off suggestions from forums as they didn't have a clue. In the end I got fed up and traded the car in (for a Skoda).
It's not a Green T reg Saxo Eastcoast is it???
