Why do garages advertise this as a positive when advertising a used car? To me it means:
a) Excessive Clutch/Brake wear
B) Short run syndrome (Thirty seconds to local corner shop and back)
C) Lots of minor parking dents

I'm not sure that my wife would agree. Can't think that any of the above apply.

All three equally apply to males. Surprised you missed out the gear lever wear because they hang their handbags on it ;-)
Did you put on the asbestos suit? You'll need it!

Actually B is definitely a male thing!

Mare, if the boys who design cars gave some thought to where a driver's handbag can be safely stowed in an accessible but out-of-sight position, then you wouldn't have to accuse men of hanging theirs on the gear lever. ;)
(Yes, I do know you didn't mean men's handbags, but that's how it reads!)

That's all we need! A Nissan Micra the size of a Transit van!
