My son has a Rover 620 1994 model with O.E.M alloy wheels. He has lost the key that unlocks the wheel nuts.
Any ideas as to getting the wheel off as he now has a puncture.

What about that stuff that fixes punctures -comes in a can?
Buy some tyre levers - it's possible to change a car tyrs without removing the wheel.
Drive it to a tyre fitters - I am sure that they'll get it off

H,
I haven't found a locking wheel nut yet that defied mild application of normal workshop tools.
There is even a set of "sockets" from motor factors to do this.

Get a 19mm Nut and Mig weld it through the middle onto the locking nut. Protect the wheel from spatter.

Go down to your local MG Rover dealer (Preferebly a local, friendly one) and ask for a replacement key.
Should be no problem at all, unless the nut is damaged.
If not, come back to me.
