hiya,ive just bought a peugeot 306 1.4 1995 not sure what model it is, it has full electrics so its quite a decent motor,appart from after i got it home.i towed it home on an A frame so had all the lights switched on, should have just put hazzards on ,but hey ho , you have to learn.any way i had the hazzards on and the lights on all the way home, took about 30 mins so the battary was flat,finally bumped it,then warmed it up, soon as i turned headlights off,it kept indicating,but not the indicators the main lights!!!! not either side as the indicator lights would be ,but just flashin on and off the main beam!!!werid or what !!!! freaky gremlin !!!! turned lights off still does it. turn ignition off still does it , put full beam on and it stops.all other lights are fine,seems all relays are fine but not 100% is there any cure to this strange stuff happening ????cos its just not running every morning flat battery and then when charged i have blinkin main beam even in the day !!!! thx for your help ,michael

think you will find that the flashing lights are the silent alarm try cause the battery has gone flat so the alarm cuts in

Yse its the alarm. On my old 306 the alarm was so sensitive the siren was disconnected, leaving just the lights to flash. Sort out the alarm (or disconnect it) and your problem is solved.
