Saxo sump plug and oil - Quinny
It's time to change the oil on the old Saxo 1.1 engine,but I notice it's not your regular sump bolt.So I'm assuming it's of the allen key/torque screw variety.So can anyone tell me what size it is?

Also,as I have no information with it,what oil is recommended for it?

Saxo sump plug and oil - madf
8 mm square section. I use a square section socket available from any motor factor for about £2.50 or less.

Oil 10/40 or 15/50. I use Comma semi synthetic 10/40 (in SWMBO's diesel: same oil specified by peugeot for petrol and diesels in pre facelift models). About £12-£13 per 4 litres iirc.
