why why why.....
I bet it's price is more than a normal motorhome+trailer+yacht.

for 1.2 million dollars I could buy a house, sports car, SUV, motorbike, speedboat and yacht.

shame they don't seem to have spent any money on web site design....

LOL!

I honestly thought it was a hoax (I'm still not 100% certain !), but that picture on the home page really looks like someones just pasted a picture of a coach onto a pond background
and I just love the green/brown colour scheme

I like their pans for a "fully armored SUV called the TERRAMAX it is a composite bodied fully armored personal SUV. Powered by either diesel or V10 gas."
That'll be handy for the school run then

You will need to be rich, because this thing must be considered as expendable! Even a tractor disintegrates quite rapidly when used to tow boats in and out of salt water, as many will have noted at the seaside.
|
This has to be a hoax. The photo of the S class going into the back of the truck is so obviously photoshopped it's laughable. If that one is, then it's likely the others are as well. The photos of the thing coming out of the water are suspect; in the 2nd photo it has got further out of the water than in the 1st without actually moving forward.
I can't imagine what possible use anyone would have for one of these, especially someone who's got 1.2 million to throw away.
And as Borasport says... if they're actually trying to sell this thing to the world's elite, you'd have thought they'd have got someone in who knows how to write a web-site.
I await further evidence of it's authenticity.

its true..check out this weeks Autoexpress! madness!
|
also that bus/boat thing does 7MPG....nice!
|
...and more evidence floods in.
Madness, if true. Anyone who buys one of these needs their head seeing to. 1.2 million for a floatng bus.
|
If it were a hoax, would they really call it H20EX?
Buy one, Patently, get an apostrophe free - hello!
Frankly, I don't think it is any madder to spend 1.2m on a floating bus than to spend 7k on a brand new Fiesta...

Hmm, yes, I was wrong again. And badly so. Thought that was old new's, though.

Its £1,193,000 madder. It looks about as much fun a cross chanell ferry. I'd much rather have an Aquada.

Not that I'm saying it is true, but if you read the bumf, it says that the car carrying prototype has not yet been built, so you'd expect that particular picture to be a mock-up, therefore it can't be considered proof.
And yes, I am aware that I just admitted to reading the pages, and yes I am aware that it was very sad.
What I was looking for was any details about what outside bits there were to use when it was afloat, that little porch won't achieve much. It appears it can be extended though, and I'm not sure, but a couple of sentences imply that their are stairs up to the roof, which can be used as a sun lounger.
Still a ridiculous waste of money though, why not just buy a car and yacht seperately?

Sad to say I downloaded the video - I particularly enjoyed the road safety orientated demonstration of how to drive this leviathan whilst playing with the dog. The demo was only the single-engined version though so it probably only needs half the attention.
If you're thinking of getting one I'm sorry to tell you it's not intended for ocean use. But you can get a (floating) trailer. They don't say where the contents of the "sculptured china electric toilet" end up.
