does anyone know how to take the die out of it
That would keep everyone happy as it would be chear and customs would not know when they dipped the tank

Neither cooking oil nor diesel have dye in them. If you try to take the red dye out of agricultural diesel the chemical residues can still be detected by HMC&E and will be in very deep trouble!

People were prosecuted in South wales recently for running their diesels on old cooking oil. The problem was that tax had not been paid on the fuel and the exhaust stank of greasy chip shops.
