Most of us here are keen on keeping good cars, and less keen on keeping car dealers in riches.
Chances are the deal you make to trade in for another car would net the dealer at least £2000+ in profits.
Take a good look at your Yaris, does it have some scratches that need sorting and the paintwork given a spruce up, are the alloys looking a bit worse for wear, if so it might be an idea to treat it to a birthday, get everything fully serviced including that all important gearbox service that few people have done, get it fully valetted inside and washed down underneath once the road salt has gone, get the brakes overhauled (few garages service brakes correctly), get a sensible appraisal of the underbody...would it benefit from some underbody corrosion prevention work because most cars would, take no notice of those who say modern cars don't rust for they surely do where most people don't look, is the battery original might be worth replacing that with a good one at your convenience.
Just a few suggestions to help your Yaris provide another reliable 10 years, most Toyotas give 20+ years reliable service given some decent care.
