Van - Accident need some help - Jack caan
I was coming out from the side road and was slowing down the vehicle to stop at the junction to turn right onto the right side all of a sudden an oncoming car from the left took a sharp turn and damaged the driver side front end and her driver side rear door was damaged upto the rear wheel arch my question is will insurance see me at fault however I was completely stationary at the junction behind the giveaway lines and third party was at a high speed to avoid oncoming car from the opposite direction.
