Anyone used an online site to book a sevice? - Kankerot

I have a VW Golf estate import from Japan and though I don't drive it much - about 3k a year and the service light is on.

I don't have the previous service book so I decided to book a garage for servicing and found the site - A garage service booking company who seem to offer servicing at major dealerships - but whats the catch?

I am being quoted £150 for a major service but its at the Honda dealership but my car is a VW Golf - so could Honda service my car or its not worth the risk?

NOTE from mod, we have had these sort of things before, and the booking site, take a commission and you will find that is a basic price, VAG spec oil will cost more.

Anyone used ? - Xileno

I would look for a VW specialist who will know the car better than Honda and will almost definitely be cheaper. £150 for a major service sounds suspiciously cheap to me. Basically an oil and filter change is all you will get for that at a main dealer.
