ULEZ Expansion 2023 - Transport for London (tfl.gov.uk)

Should be able to check from here if any car is exempt, again, sorry if this has been brought up before.

I'm surprised my old Focus 1.6 petrol is exempt but I guess the target here is mainly diesels. I tried putting in my previous car (2004 Megane diesel) but it doesn't show on the Checker as it's been scrapped.

The target is older vehicles - my 7-year old VW diesel is Euro 6 so would be free in the ULEZ, not that I'd want to go to London!

This is will push used car prices up, especially for hybrids, as owners of diesel cars within M25 will look to dump their cars in favour of hybrids or petrol.
