Any - Cross the Channel - _

We are in Belgium currently. Crossed Dover to Calais this morning.

Zero problems either side and only a 5 minutes wait into Dover eastern docks.

Was a bit worried after seeing the news over the weekend. But all is well.

There was one interesting thing on the queue for check in for the ferry.

I let a large black Audi go in front as his indicators were working.,

Yes-it seems to mainly hit Birmingham and Manchester airports.
A week ago I landed at Gatwick south ( midnight)and arrivals both inside and outside the terminals were almost empty.
Also-never forget the tabloids love a scare story

When I returned from my visit to Italy last week I was through Stansted airport in 30 minutes. Check in the Saturday before was easy too. Security with carry on was only the time for a 10 person queue.

Today returned via Calais. 50 minutes from check in queue and 2 lots of passport control and checking dogs paperwork.

Not too bad.

To add to saturdays comment,

Can't see what all the fuss was about for the queues.

Have flown 6 times in the past 3 months and ZERO problems anytime at all.

Calis checkin, bearing in mind it was a holiday weekend was ok.
