Changing model after order placed - Chopstix

Hello,

I had placed an order for a VW Tiguan in December 2021. I wanna know if it’s possible to change models, i.e. changing to a T-Roc or probably a Golf, without losing my £500 deposit with the same dealer.

The Tiguan has not had an unconfirmed build date yet.

You need to discuss that with the dealer concerned.

With the best will in the world, only one person can tell you that, and that’s the dealer holding your deposit.
I would check on lead times before committing to a change, as there are some awfully long waiting times currently for non-EV Volkswagens.
