So a neighbours dad bought a 2014 kuga diesel auto a couple of years back for her, not serviced since, as far as I am aware, no gearbox service either since new (it's a powershift) and all of a sudden (no surprise) a transmission error warning. switched off engine, waited, restarted and then complete breakdown after 4 days...

Every cat she has had in the past 7 years has had terminal gearbox problems.. previous was DSG.

will she ever learn?
