Hello, do people actually need a provisional licence to be able to learn or in these times could those rules be bended?

What do you think?

I don’t think he’s a troll In the conventional sense. We have however been down this route with him before. My betting is that the next topic he will introduce will be either the unfairness of his financial situation or his lack of a girlfriend.

Mind you if he gets caught forging documents he will have bigger things to worry about.

Yes, absolutely.

Grandad in a care home? Yes, that makes you a keyworker, for sure. If that doesn't work, just make an ID badge using crayons. That'll fool them. If that doesn't work, what the hell - just drive anyway. It'll be grand. In fact, dont even bother with L plates. Just jump in and off you go on the road to certain financial prosperity and a loving supermodel girlfriend.

Well I did use to care for him before he went into a care home anyway.

But that doesn't matter, I have just read that KFC, Burger king are reopening for deliveries now so again this shows that things are getting past the peek, hopefully next week I can order the provisional licence and start lessons in the summer

Just apply for the damd thing if you want it so much but you still won't be able to use it until it comes in the post and it's not essential so you'll just have to wait.

Do you have something wrong with you where you have to be told multiple times yet it still doesn't sink in?
