DS5 2017 - Alternate Wheel Size and Tyre - Milpol1

OK heregoes, I have a 2017 DS5 Performnce with the following alloy wheels..........

235/40/19........

Im looking for a spare wheel and tyre, liking rocking horse manure so wondering if I could use the following wheel size. just hate these gel type wheel stuff.

205/65/16

Bear in mind its only a spare wheel.

If it is "only a spare wheel", why get a tyre only slightly smaller?. If you need to use it, presumably it will only be till the original is repaired/replaced?.
