I guess it depends on how much you want the car, how much the asking price is, and how much you have available to rectify these faults. If you are buying the car as a lightweight roadster to use enjoy in the manner it was intended, all of the suspension and braking points noted will need to be attended to, as it probably drives like a bag of nails. If you only want the car because you like how it looks and have no intention of thrashing it along country roads, then none of the points seem disastrous by themselves, and certainly in the context of the cars age. But the thing which would put me off is that all of these issues point to a car which has been thoroughly neglacted. Yes, it may be OK to use for a year or two, assuming it passes its MOT's, but it sounds a long way from a really nice example.
As for how much it would cost to fix these issues?, that is one of those how long is a piece of string questions!. And the previous advice, to get in touch with an owners club or forum, would be the best place for advice here (also on the car in general). The parts which need attention are just normal consumable items, and shouldn't be too expensive to buy. And, the mechanical parts on the car will almost certainly be shared with various other Toyota's of that era. But if any of these components are specific to the MR2, they are likely to be expensive. At the end of the day, it is your money, but without seeing the car, unless very cheap, i think i'd leave it.
But, and i have said this to you more than once, for a car like this, you really need to be talking to people who know them properly. A forum like this, is great for general advice, on common cars, but for something like the MR2, unless there happens to be a forum member who also just happens to also be an expert, you are not going to get any advice other than what would be given for any old car. But for a car like this, IMO, you really need people who have specific knowledge on the MR2.
